More of a "guideline" than a rule. Certainly the case with Ann- one of God's great gifts to our country. (Also agree with you on the DH thing- who wants to watch the Pirates' pitchers hit?)

Fair enough.
My main motivation for supporting the DH is so the Brewers can get Richie Sexson, Brad Nelson, AND Prince Fielder in the same lineup. That would be fun to watch...
