Just followed a bit of the thread conversation you and the horse have been having.

You probably won't find the common denominator you are looking for on this matter. We (Swerve and myself) have had at it a couple of times on this thread about this same topic; intense, opinionated and stubborn are we, yet we still converse, still e-mail funny or especially good articles, and continue to harass each other in fun ways.

One of the common denominators on this thread is its diversity of opinion and thought. It is a pretty dang good cross-section of "the right". We have libertarians, Goldwater-uns, Reaganites, "right wing religious extremists", conservatives of all stripes, and a few others.
