I found my gato in the resort. PV has a ton of them. If I had my way, I would have brought more back. But Amigo was precious. All $600.00 it took to get him here.!! LOL If I moved to PV I could start an SPCA! Not much money tho. The poor people there on the outskirts (real Mexico) all had such skinny animals. The dogs were all pregnant it seemed and many. The Town square was full of skinny dogs and nobody would throw them a scrap. It made me sick. When I found Amigo I quickly found a veterinarian (that was story in itself) and got him fixed up. By the time we left he was in a cage hanging from my right arm. LOL

Gringas always get upset about things in Mexico...It is just a different culture, take it as it is or stay away...A lot of gringas hate Baja..To primative, poor and uncaring of animals for them.....Like I say, a different culture and way of looking at life....
