Right.Once one gets passed Tijuana, Mexicali, and Ensenada there are no large towns or cities till one gets to La Paz. Some fair size towns, but no big cities. Cabo isn't all that large, but there is a built up strip from San Jose del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas. Most of the peninsula is desert with not many people living there. After all there wasn't a paved road the lenght of it till 1973....But I like the emptiness....
