I oppose any attempt to restrict the DoD and CIA from killing our enemies. I want our enemies to be killed in our streets by our government and where necessary killed in the streets of their homelands. Giving Taiwan 50 of our city buster nuclear weapons rather than scrapping them would do more to get China off our asses than any restrictions on Microsoft or Linux. Nothing says to a country like China "don't f#$% with the US" more clearly than giving their archrival who happens to be a staunch ally of the US enough nuclear weapons to vaporize every last one of its population centers and probably a few of its largest ground forces bases for good measure.

Or even better, why don't we send the CIA into Tibet and see if the Tibetans want to turn their occupation into a real Vietnam for China?
