Who's the leftist here? Why do you want to get the government involved in what is a non-governmental sharing of code? Do you have to run to the government teat everytime you want something? "I know, let's pass a law." "Let's ban something." Spoken like a true Marxist.

and a section alowing for the government prohibition of Open Source code under the licenst to enemy nations and terrorist organizations.

I just can't understand why these Linux shills can't see the national security concerns presented in spreading source code all over the planet to an OS they are now all but DEMANDING that governments use through legislation with a shilly shally "herding cats" development model.
