I was terribly embaressed.As well you should be. But the people who really strike me as incompetant are those people who post a thread without clicking the "Do not pull thread" button. The thread is then pulled from the forum in about 5 minutes.

Yes. That's a big faux pas. (Pardon me for using French.)
The one I didn't know about till a few days ago was the auto-bump feature. I was going in and manually bumping my threads. I've now got it set on my user preferences.

FYI, the Mac version of FR defaults to "unlock thread" and "do not pull thread."
Checking those boxes in the Win version sends a cookie to a Chinese server. People have lost fortunes that way.
