It is not a dupe. This is the first time I have posted on FR and I first put it on the news forum. Someone there kindly corrected me and told me it should go on the General Interest forum, thus my post here. I was rushing, trying to get the post on before the 10:00 CST hour. I apologize for my confusion and any confusion I have caused on the forum. We have a big issue going on here in Alabama today and I felt your readers might be interested in this information. Thanks.
