No Plumbing SUPPLY store, and Home Depot does not carry the requisite part?

no, they do not. it is the entire piece. this is a spray hose that=the faucet, it is a multipart thing. moen sent a variety of things, but the STAY AT HOME MOM answering the phone at MOM (no offense to stay at home moms, but xshub was out of his mind over the fact that he described what was needed and this dimbulb diagnosed it herself and sent what SHE thought it required) overnighted the incorrect piece.

I agree the color is horrible - but I personally prefer the shirtdress style.

yes, probably at the kitchen table surrounded by her 7 kids See?? NOW, who's the perv????

I can appreciate your problem. The bidet in the master bath is not usable because Moen has sent the wrong faucet parts twice. If I don't receive the right ones from them next week, I'm just going to go online to the Koehler Plumbing Warehouse, and get another whole faucet assembly from them. I will never buy another faucet from Moen.

A little advice for the future.
Unless it is something out of this world, whenever possible buy crap like that at Home depot.
They Take anything Back, especially if it fails, and you would have had a new faucet in the sink already......
That would drive me F*ng berzerk as well.

i am almost positive they don't have this thing at HD. it would probably be a special order there, bc when we picked it, it was at a huge plumbing supply center out in Timbuktu where the builder sent us to pick out all of that kind of stuff.

Damn! That would drive me nuts. Those things aren't cheap, either, not to mention when a faucet leaks, it effectively puts a water source out of commission. Nobody guarantees them anymore, either, so I guess the manufacturers know their product is a piece of crap.

I said.... Unles it is absolutely 'out of this world' (something that probably is not an accurate d3escriptor for a kitchen faucet) find something close, and give up the aggravation.

i think the lesson learned is not to get something fancy, like a faucet that is a spray hose. i think that makes the mechanism more complicated. i have seen the sketch, bc i remember the plumber showing me the thing the last time and he pointed to and circled the parts of it that he was replacing at that time.

Muttly need to know how to find Daily Word thread for his experiments.
Does your dog type too ? We find it very liberating, but many of my relatives see no need to expand their interests beyond professional begging, licking, sleeping, and complaining.
Come to think of it...who could blame them ? But Muttly have more on his little mind, and needs the outlet. Otherwise all the running in circles and digging and gnawing on things is hard on the backyard. Does your dog wear a racconskin cap too ? It's wonderful to have relatives in far-away places. I have several in New Zealand...where great, great, great....grand-dad was rudely asked to vacate his official position on a certain famous English Captain's ship. Seems the Captain was not amused by the chewed and "scented" condition of his extra boots whenever Grandpa's Rum-Ration was shorted.
Some people have no sense of humor.

Muttly, you will be added to the class roll call so that you may continue your expirements undisturbed. ;-)
I'm afraid that my dog does not type, she prefers media as her form of mind expansion. But alas, I am not sure the Sci-Fi channel has been good for her. The other day, she had strung up one of her bears to the jumper cables and was watching for lightning.
I'd have no sense of humor either if my rum ration was shorted!!! Luckily you will not have to worry about that here with us, we keep the wet bar fully stocked at all times and camle keeps the beer vat full!

Dogs like Scotch-dipped ice cubes, as a general rule.
