Hey, Mo! How you? Does anyone know if there is a bozo filter at FR? Some maroon on
On This Thread wasn't taking a little friendly advice from me on how to win friends and influence people. His posts start in the 400's, and you'll recognize them by the bold, and lengthened words, like this:
leftist riiiiinnnnnoooo aaaaalllleeerrrrtt!!! I suggested that perhaps his/her methodology was juvenile.

Yeah, principles. Their "principle" is to win, that seems to be about it. And hey, Arnie can win. So what if his policies would be against what most of us believe. He's a Republican, and he can win. Apparently, there is nothing more important than party politics. Now, I support McClintock. It doesn't look like he can win. If it appears that Bustamonte will win, I'll vote No on the recall, and leave Davis where he is. This, in spite of the fact that I collected signatures and gave money to the Recall Committee. It will be a bitter pill to swallow.

That is why primaries are so important .. everyone can hash it out there and then get together at the election to vote out the Dems.
From what I can gather McClintock would make a good Gov. but if he doesn't pull up the poll number he doesn't stand a chance of winning and if there is a spilt in the conseverative votes .. then Bustamonte will win. The State of CA can't afford that

The Dems exerted pressure to make sure that only one Dem was running. John Garimendi, the insurance commissioner, had announced he was going to run, and two days later he retreated. The word is he was pressured by the party bosses to drop out. The Pubbies in this state are fractured, and in disarray. Hence, more than one Pubbie running, splitting the vote. No, no primary. That's why I say that if it looks like Cruz is going to win, I'll vote against the recall. Still over a month left, so I'm keeping my powder dry. I'd probably better stay off those Arnold vs. McClintock threads, though. I can't the flaming going on. It's so juvenile, and counterproductive.
