Germany is gripped by a horror tale of murder and cannibalism after media reports revealed that the victim, Juergen B (Right photo), agreed to have his penis cut off by Armin M. German police are watching home videos made by the sex cannibal who shared a last meal of flambéed penis with his willing victim before carving him up and freezing the man's remaining body parts to eat later. The entire slaughter was also documented on video tape then transferred by Armin M to a CD-ROM. The victim in the cannibal murder case in Germany wrote his will immediately before he met his murderer, authorities said today amid mounting indications that victim and killer both engaged in cannibalism. "The victim appeared to be fully aware of the situation," an investigator said. "Videotape material definitely shows both him and the suspect engaged in eating his own flesh prior to his death."
The police stumbled on to the case when they saw a series of Internet advertisements looking for someone willing to allow themselves to be killed and eaten. This turned out to be the second online advertisement.
When they searched the home of the advertiser -- identified by German media as Armin M - they found deep-frozen human flesh.
According to police, this was flesh from a first victim, a man who had responded to the suspect's earlier online advertisement. Armin M told police that both he and his victim shared cannibalistic tendencies.
With the victim's approval, Armin M cut off a part of his body and both men ate it together -- all the while filming the whole process. Then, the accused told police, he killed and ate the rest of his victim.
Prosecutors say the 41-year-old is not being treated as insane but is regarded as capable of standing trial.

Authorities in Germany said Wednesday they had arrested a man who killed another man in a bizarre sexual and cannibal incident that has been widely reported in European media outlets.
The suspect, identified as Armin M., 41, recorded the crime on a video camera after finding the apparently willing victim through a posting on an Internet site known for gay sex ads, the state prosecutor's office in the central German city of Kassel said in a statement.
"The accused supposedly first cut off the penis of the victim by mutual agreement because they wanted to eat it together,'' said the statement.
Afterward the man stabbed his 42-year-old victim, identified as Bernd Juergen B., to death and dismembered the body. He reportedly froze some of the body parts to eat later, and he buried others. Police believe the murder occurred in spring 2000. They arrested the suspected killer after discovering an ad he had posted on the Internet seeking another volunteer who wanted to be killed and eaten by him.
