Yeah, the LEOs are all non-PC stereotypes doing a COPS type show. The way they treat civilians is probably closer to the truth than anyone would

I recon if yer gonna pack drug paraphernalia in Reno, doing it on a stolen 35mph bar stool is one way to do it. Drove it to Sparks and back several times too...
Prolly just testing the waters... see if he could use it to transport some really big stash to tahoe or something.
