Yep, the toddler is one all day long power struggle. But I know that's normal at his age and with him I think I deal with it decently. The hubby was actually the one to get him sleeping through the night in his own playpen (he was terrified of the crib for some reason) when I was working nightshift. He still screams and kicks when I drag him to bed at night BUT he doesn't get out of bed once I put him there and goes to sleep without too much fuss. He may sit and play until 1am in bed once in a while, but he doesn't scream for us to come in there, which works for me.
