What makes you think experience in politics equates to fiscal ability? Maybe a mayor or governor experience might be relevent, but legislators mostly just pass laws and vote up or down on budgets. At least Arnold has run a highly successful business empire. He has more hands-on managerial and budgetary experience than most politicians.
