I concur. I think the DA knew that he had to have a slam-dunk ( pun intended) case...in order to go forward...what's also of comfort, compared to both the OJ and the Lacy Petersen case, is that there have been really no leaks from the prosecution or the police...

Apparently, there is some history between the DA and the defense attorneyette. She's beat him in the past and that's why she's at the table. Betcha the DA wants to win this one bad.
