How is it automatic that if I think of what a women looks like naked, I don't consider her my equal?
Example? OK: Ann Coulter. I have thought about what she looks like nekkid on many occasions (I am right now, in fact), and I certainly have a tremendous amount or respect for her intelligence, wit, and style. And I certainly consider her my equal at the very least!
