Jeez. Had he been smoking since birth and eating lard? Amazingly enough he was a she and did not smoke, and claimed to eat relatively healthy diet. Nonetheless she had four bypasses...it was a sight to behold! She also was pretty thin. Makes me want to got out and eat a big mac...
