The only one wearing the "no blood for oil" tee shirt was Viggo Mortenson (Aragorn). Also, the guy who plays Gollum was outspoken. However, I am not aware of the other actors voicing an opinion - though I don't doubt that they are, for the most part, liberals.

Ian McKellan is a big liberal. He and Viggo wear it on their sleeves. (I can't deny that he played Gandalf well, however...)
