Huh? Somehow being indifferent towards Hobbits is now unAmerican? Maybe we should establish HUHAC---House UnHobbit Activities Committee. I can just picture the grilling I would get from the Committee Chairman:
"Are you now or have you ever participated in UnHobbitlike activities?"
Not at all. We don't give a rats clymer whether you like hobbits or not.
Where your ignorance shows is your condescending attitude toward our Hobbit Hole thread here.

But we've also adopted a troop in Afghanistan, and now a troop in Iraq. We've invested hundreds of dollars and supported them with numerous packages. We get together all over the country and about 30 of us will meet in Florida this January. We've participated in freeps and rallies across the country. We've written letters to the editor, stuffed and stamped envelopes and have been in the thick of the political battle. We've waged battles supporting home schooling, conservative values, lower taxes and more. Many of our members have served with distinction in the U.S. Armed Forces. Many of our members have served and continued to serve in full-time and part-time ministry. We've stood with each other in prayer and support in times of death, illness, family crisis, job loss and...teenagers. We are active (and financial) supporters of FreeRepublic

I just checked the back of my neck and I don't yet have a tiny plant growing from it. Sorry, I don't think I can get into all that Hobbit stuff...until I get my body/mind snatched.
What do you make of it?
Doesn't take too much of a mind to figure out that you think the actual financial and physical support of conservative values is a mindless activity.
