OK, my turn to get a little soppy.

As I always say, I'm grateful for where I am in life, thanks to the intercession of saints and the love of a good woman.

well, i find it actually pleasurable to open the car doors for her, and to walk arm in arm hither and yon. and the occasional smooch.

its' kinda like being a moth allowed to approach the flame... or maybe being able to talk to God. one is exaulted and humbled at the same time.

i can't talk to God, he's far too busy, but I can talk to his angel. that's nice.
