Do either of you two remember the days when Harley tourers were considered to be too heavy

I think I go back to when everthing or nothing was a tourer(i.e., pre-Vetter days); however, I'm not sure since I can't remember that far back :-)

Anyway, you're right. Heavy ain't what it used to be. 500 lbs used to be heavy and now it's girl's bike while a man's machine is up near 1K (once it has all the good stuff on it like front/rear stereo, CB, phone, CD changer, cruise control, GPS, beer cooler, air compressor, etc. :-)

hi there.. i am a personal friend of anthony wetherald...the thought of him not being around anymore.. is almost gut wrenching.. he will be greatly missed..May this accident be an example about how we must be more careful in what we do.. and remember life is short.. and that the only thing that will matter is how we have lived our lives in God's eyes..If by any chance Anthony's family sees this.. My prayers are with you .. Anthony and I have been friends for quite sometime..we talked alot when I was down at HSBC.. He will never be forgotten..!!!

Was he the blonde haired guy on the buell that showed up now and then on thursday at Cruisers (By the Roosevelt Bridge)? Glasses, tall, Mild mannered?

no.. he was short.. muscular build .. and had dark hair.. and an earring.. :) very friendly!!! :)
