Pretty good! Trouble is, mightn't the Constitution be screaming "You're bringing me to life!"? (Since the left says it should be "a living document". Or maybe I've misunderstood.)

You have a good point... I'm not sure that most people would pick up on the reference though, that's the kind of thing that only people who are highly interested in current events would get. I'll leave it up to the volunteer (if I find one) to decide what is best for it.

If the cartoonist wants to update that last panel a bit, he can turn the Constitution into a Frankenstein (of judicial case law) and show the Justices as Dr. Frankenstein... that would work too. Have them chanting "It's ALIVE!!" with the dungeon room and electricity and the whole bit, that would be great.

Ok now the idea mill is brewing... have the Constitutionstein have grafted onto it all the SCOTUS decisions that usurp legal authority - Roe v. Wade, Lawrence v. Texas, the latest Michigan case (Bollinger?), etc.
