Whoa! Thanks Pippin. That got my attention.:-) Sorta completed the "wake-up process"!
Well, my trip to Borders on Wed....found Ann's (1 book) and the other one's(4) books side by side near the front of the store.
All I had to do was carefully re-place the 4 books in a less obvious place...Took no time at all!

(Sorry I caused confusion; here is the last serious comment for the day:
You may look at your child's life and be awed by the possibilities. You may recognize that literally anything is possible for your child, limited only by what he or she is exposed to or is drawn to or is capable of doing. You probably encourage him or her to pursue whatever it is that is of interest, and would do all you can even if those things are wildly expensive (like medical school or studying the arts abroad). If so, that is wonderful.
But consider the parents who view their children a burden, who only see their children's lives a real drag on their own desires and ambitions. Some of these parents shut down their children at every turn: 'Don't even try, you'll never make it; Why would they let you do that?; You'll never be anything.' These parents are the ones who order their children to 'Snap out of it' when depression sets in...
So that's what I was reacting to when I saw MM's post about 'constantly denigrating' spouses...
We now return you to our regularly scheduled program...;-))

Hi Guennie! Thanks for the nice words I can hardly contain myself because this people HAS NOT LEARNED. 8 years of the most despicable, embarrasing, dishonorable, perverted habitation of the White House hasn't taught this people, 9/11 hasn't taught this people......
The entertainment of the thought of running hillary for president is something that is so far beyond my comprehension, that I can hardly even type words anymore.
Even little dick morris, WHO CAN THANK HIMSELF FOR THE RE-ELECTION of the ABSOLUTE WORST PRESIDENT that we ever had.....not only the worst one that ever was elected, but I dare say, the WORST OF ALL THE CANDIDATES WE HAVE EVER HAD, AND THAT INCLUDES THE COMMUNISTS.....at least they didn't lie to us.....writes a book about how HIS FORMER BOSS HAS A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF BLAME TO CARRY FOR 9/11.
Thank you, little dick morris.....you should have helped get this piece of crap out of there when you had the chance....INSTEAD, YOU HELPED KEEP THE WORTHLESS EMBARRASEMENT OF A HUMAN BEING IN THERE.....now it's too late......morris...you should donate ALL your profits from your book to the ABOLITION OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY.
The democrat party, ahhhh, yes, the democrat party....which is DOING EVERYTHING IT CAN TO SEE OUR WAR ON TERROR FAIL....TO SEE THE GREATEST PRESIDENT SINCE PRESIDENT REAGAN, IF NOT, SINCE PRESIDENT LINCOLN, IF NOT, SINCE PRESIDENT WASHINGTON, FAIL IN HIS ATTEMPTS TO DEFEAT THIS TERROR THAT IS ATTACKING THIS LAST BASTION OF FREEDOM, else the entire world would be one concentration camp at best, or the closest thing to Hell on earth at worst. This is a president that says to BRING IT ON, instead of what one that previously inhabitated the White House woyuld say, "bring on monica". Even on the conservative radio talk shows, I hear people giving credence to that absolutely disgusting pile of....as if he 'kicked the can down the street'...NO! He didn't 'kick the can down the street'!!!!!!HE DIDN'T CARE!!!!!!! All he cared about was himself!!They STILL DON'T GET IT. ....well, I don't have enough time to type more here.....
On 9/12/2001, I didn't know one American that wasn't putting their trust in President Bush. I didn't know one American that wasn't completely behind President Bush in every action he took to begin this war on terror.....a fight a fight that is only in the second round of a 30-rounder....a fighT that the baby-boomers' grandchildren will be suiting up for AND WE STILL WON'T BE TO THE 30TH ROUND. Thank you, bill clinton. Thank you, hillary clinton. You 2 have no more business leading our country than I have doing brain surgery on Guennie.
What happened between 9/11 and July 4, 2003 to cause such a hatred toward this great President Bush? al-Quada? al-Hamas? Saddam? No, the best friend of those 3, the democrat party.
I am so outraged that I really can't type fast enough, nor can I even write fast enough, to put forth my premise that this democrat party MUST BE ABOLOSHID nad repalced with another party, or we very well stand to lose this Republic.
I continue to see the democrat party, that IS EVEN MORE DANGEROUS THAN AL-QAEDA, BECAUSE THES STINKING PEOPLE IN THAT HORRIBLE PARTY HAVE A VOTE IN OUR GOVERNMENT, a party that will DO ANYTHING TO SEE THAT THEY REGAIN POWER, AT ALL COSTS.
The democrat party MUST be abolished and replaced with another party if this republic is to survive.

Here is what I don't get about the current political situation:
Pre-1994: Democrats were in control of both houses and the presidency, and always got their way. Republicans were constantly frustrated and acted like the out-of-power party.
Post-2002: Republicans are in control of both houses and the presidency, and Democrats get their way. Republicans are constantly frustrated and act like the out-of-power party.
I agree that Dems are a scourge that deserves eradication, particularly when you see the Rats in Texas flee the state simply to stymy the process for fear that they would lose a vote. I say any Rat who purposely abuses the legislative process like that should be recalled for malfeasance, and if it can be proved that it was an organized effort (like from the DNC), even RICO. But where are the Republicans? Where are the knockout punches to punish the perps?
Where is the outrage? (cringe ;-))

You're right on with your post.
Perhaps another cup of coffee is needed for this poor soul?
It reminds of that old saying... that a child who lives live with criticism will learn to condemn, etc.

Thanks, Guennie....I miss ranting, too....I just am so overwhelmed with it all that I don't even know where to start.....I could start with robert byrd......I could start with barbara boxer....I could start with RINOS Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins,
WHO BOTH VOTED 'NOT GUILTY' ON BOTH ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT IN THE 'trial of shame....I could start with .....well, I'm running out of time....With people like Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins in the Senate, WE DO NOT HAVE A MAJORITY!!!!!!!!!
I also not only KNOW that the democrat party must be ABOLISHED and must be replaced with a Constitution-abiding party, I laso believe the 17th Amendment must be repealed because that's how the Senate got so corrupted. Even Sean Hannity didn't have a clue about that when a caller from Florida called in a few weeks ago addressing that exactly. Well, have to run...

:)) Thanks BW! If I could retire, I would love to pursue a variety of interests, including the abolition of the democrat party and the repeal of the 17th Amendment, which almost destroyed the Power of the States that the Founders built into the Constitution.

In re Dick Morris: I am happy that he has finally seen the light and is letting the gang-who-could't-lie-straight have it with both barrels.
But every now and then Morris slips into War Room mode. His article the other day about Hitlery wanting to keep prescription drugs as a political football (because she voted against a Kennedy-Daschle-backed compromise) was great except for one thing: his preamble included complete baked wind and fiddle-faddle about UOx42's 'historic' achievements on Medicare reform, balanced budget, ad nauseum -- and never mentioned the fact that those initiatives were only made possible after the GOP painted Der Schlickmeister into a corner, not because he 'compromised so well.'
BTW, I would also love to hear your opinion on the Dem-Media connection, and particularly with respect to PBS and Voice of America -- two semi-good ideas which were first highjacked by the leftist media and now perverted beyond recognition.
(Also, BTW: The only documentary I ever saw on PBS that was worth the public funds expended on it was a Frontline report on how UOx42 had to be SUED by children's advocacy group in Arkansas to spend budget money on children's programs!!! This documentary did a great set-up, showing Hitlery in action touting her Children's Defense Fund work on the campaign trail, followed by UOx42's lip-biting testimonials about how everything they did was 'for the children' who, 'after all, are our future.' HA!!! I never saw anything like that on netowrk or cable...)

:)) Well, already ran and have to do some chores now.... :))
Even one of the greatest days in human history, eclipsed only (and relatively COMPLETELY) by Christmas and Easter, still has me left with lots to do that I can't get to during the week.
