I tend to avoid dark colors for the pedicure, as they tend to look cadaverous there.

I tend to go light and bright on the pedicures. :)

I also like Chick Flick Red but there is a cool pink with a funny name that I may try next time.
I have to go but couldn't resist keeping the nail polish topic going a little longer.

Yesterday was the first time we had rain in 2 weeks - and the sun is actually shining at the moment.

Dark is okay for me in fall and winter, but spring and summer, I prefer light and bright.

I don't know everything about blisters. Xs is more than likely right. I hate having the pain of a blister anywhere.

I probably shouldn't wear dark at all, but I sometimes wear some of the "Vamp" collection from Chanel (all bought long before France pissed me off) and a pearly black from MAC, which I think is called "Blacktop."

I don't do them myself -- I go to the salon down the street. :)
They also have a tanning bed (yuck!) and do waxing, but I don't know if I trust them enough to do the bikini line and stuff.
