that is precisely what i have been doing, calling the # of the Sears in Falls Church and the REFRIGERATOR dept (bc Lord knows, you can't talk to the RANGE dept, if you want a REFRIGERATOR and you also can't talk to the refrigerator guy if you want a DISHWASHER or even if you want BOTH things, i had to ring up two transactions. must be a UNION THING) NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE>
