Sorry about missing last week; I'll try to do better. I didn't see much of interest "geologically" last week, and I didn't have time to search for anything unusual. As for this image, my only regret is that they didn't go a little further north into Venezuela, where there are the strange high-elevation plateaus that inspired Conan Doyle's "The Lost World", and one of which gives rise to Angel Falls, the highest waterfall in the world.
