Man Lodged in Winshield Was Caring Father
One small Voice

Posted on 06/25/2003 2:15:00 PM PDT by 1smallVoice

A woman who claims she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol hit a homeless man with her car, continued driving home, parked her car in her garage, and let him slowly bleed to death.

The woman was a medical assistant and visited with him in her garage from time to time as he slowly died. After he died she dumped him in a park. She has admitted her role in dumping him after two friends admitted their part in the crime.

The man's son described his father as a caring person who lost his truck, apartment, and job after he loaned a friend money which they did not repay.

Tomorrow the defense begins, what are they going to say?

At this point, they better say it was only an assisted suicide. Where's Feiger when you need him?

I predict she will get off with a reduced sentence, remember the guy was homeless (worthless to society) but she was a medical assistant and she did have an excuse.

The person who's worthless in this case is her. If this happened in Texas she will hang.
