He sure is eating crow today The scary part is that he isn't. When asked to clarify his comment, this was his reply:
"When I'm president, we'll do executive orders to overcome any wrong thing the Supreme Court does tomorrow or any other day," said Rep. Dick Gephardt of Missouri.
This should worry me, but it is so outrageously funny, I can't stop laughing. How can they possibly expect anyone to take them seriously?!

Abe Lincoln issued an arrest warrant for Roger Taney, Chief Justice of the SCOTUS, when in the Civil War, Taney in vain ruled against Lincolns suspension of the writ of habeas corpus (see
Merryman, ex parte) and carried it in his pocket for months just in case Taney stepped out of line.
