I've owned, and continue to own, several Taurus guns, including their 38 Special, etc. All have operated flawlessly. If you claim a 20% failure rate, I'd be willing to bet $1K you are wrong BY MORE THAN 50%. And, if you want to get down to it, I bet their failure rate is less than 2%. (Probably less than 1%...)

Less than 2%? I'll bet a virtual beer that that the rate is closer to my number than yours.

I know several gun store owners who also make that claim. So, I'll check the web for any references.
