I'm home today. The a/c is still out, but should be fixed today. I haven't been able to sleep well, so I'm taking the day off.

Good Morning. Interesting that your sleep pattern is out of kilter, too. Several here have been experiencing the same thing.
Hope the a/c is up and running soon. You're going to need the dehumidifier to prevent webs from growing between your toes if it doesn't quit raining out there.

Good morning!!!! And a wet one at that!
Lysie, hope everything is OK with PB today.

Good morning.
Thanks, Neets.
After doing what the vet said...give him 6 aspirin and call her in the morning...PB is doing much better. His foot drags a little , but he was able to get to the paddock much better than yesterday.
We must continue with the aspirin for the next couple days.
Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts.
Neets, yippee on meeting Molly and hubby tomorrow. You will love it. The restaruant sounds great. Boy, I wish Sarah didn't have to work tomorrow..I'd give you all a surprise, guess who's here. :-)

Good morning. It's raining. Today is grocery day. I slept poorly last night.
On the bright side, there is an excellent Gallup poll on the President today. Approval up, yes they believe him about WMD, few believe the Pantsuit.

Good Morning All...
No problem sleeping here....I've just finished my 3rd evening at Vacation Bible School....and I simply 'passed out' last evening when I returned home....barely got my teeth brushed....
..fell asleep on top of the comforter, and hubby just left me there. :^)
All of us helpers, leaders are flagging just a bit....
...it's extremely hot here in central Florida...and even by 6PM when Bible school starts, it's muggy and humid.
Just a side note...
...I was watching a snippet of old footage of Hill, Bill, Chelsea about to board Helicopter I.....and Bill is halfway up the stairs, BEFORE he remembers to salute the Marine.....and it was the sloppiest, stingiest half salute I've ever seen.
There seemed to be arrogance attached!
Contrast that to our President's smart & reverent salute EVERY time.....even returning to salute the one time he got distracted by Barney.
Just a huge world of difference.
Also, I noticed President Bush gets TWO Marines standing on either side of the helicopter.....I never noticed that before.
And they ALWAYS turn & watch his back after that salute!!!!
VERY TELLING!!!!

Gallup Poll

Sarah was laughing so hard, tears were rolling down her cheek. THEN I told her that Monica beat hillary in the ratings....She was gasping for breath with laughter.

On the bright side, there is an excellent Gallup poll on the President today. Approval up, Those poll numbers say that with enemies like Hillary, Dubya has no need for friends.
I checked late last evening at the local Wal Mart. They had two books on the shelf. The same as the day before.
Did you see Ann Colter's expose on the media's person on the street. The same unbiased person has been quoted over a hundred times in recent months in New York Times articles as a "man on the street". And the person in line for Hillary's book who was interviewed by the paper was a Clinton campaign worker who had been a guest in the Clinton home. Of course the NYTimes never mentioned those little facts.
Heres is my latest effort on Democrats and mathematics. It discusses the Democratic candidate curse. It is called having to win a Democratic presidential primary.
