I'm compiling a list of songs with girls names, for instance: Angie, Maggie, Beth, Mustang Sally, etc... So if your bored, post a couple songs. I've come up with about 20, but I know there are plenty more.

Should this be in "Breaking News"?

Probably not in Breaking News, but what the Hey...

Here's one I bet almost no one remembers:

"Laura", it starts out "Last night at the dance I met Laura, so wonderul and wise, an angel of a girl..."

I haven't heard that song since I was six years old and I still remember every word (I think).

Thanks All, I needed just a few more to finish the cd. I ended up with 21 tracks. We needed something for a road trip. I think I'm going to call it 'Girls Gone Wild'. :)

No list, Tapu. Just a mis-spent youth, followed by a mis-spent adulthood. Didn't get to Roxanne, My Sharona, Jennifer Eccles, Carrie Anne, Lelena and Hello Mary Lou. No, Penny Lane doesn't count, but Sweet Pea does.

Yeah, it's the one thing I can do well. I see you are freshly minted to FR -- welcome aboard. And there's also Hooray for Hazel, Lady Godiva, Denise, Judy Blue Eyes and whatever the name of Mrs. Brown's lovely daughter is. And I think it's time I turned in.
