Hmm. I'm not an excersise nut, but I did play a multitude of sports. Let me think.

Okay - butt. Do squats. Lots of squats. You will be able to tell that you are doing enough because you won't be able to move the next day. Try doing five sets of 10 squats each.

Thighs - Lie on your side and keep your legs straight. Tense your legs and lift the top leg up until it's as high as you can get it without bending your knee. Do five sets of 10 each (for each leg, just switch sides).

Stomach - Crunches or situps if you can handle it. Do five sets of 20 each.

If these seem too easy, up the number of sets till it gets hard.

I don't know if these will help - you'll have to let me know.

And, if there's a pool nearby, swimming is the best toning excercise in the world.

My parents have a pool but it's not ready to swim in yet.
