Just found out that two of the meds I am on will keep me from losing weight :(

Will see if my doctor will let me off them. I never thought about it but I started really gaining weight after I started taking them in the first place.

They may, they may not. Different things will affect everyone differently. I stalled on soy products, others find that sugar substitues or dairy slow them down. Just pay attention and make adjustments. Keeping a journal helped correlate stalls with specific foods.
