yeah, that's the first really bad performance I've heard him give. I am not a fan of that song anyway.

Ruben missed a lot of notes on that song. He was off tune in several places. The judges are doing nobody any favors by not being honest. They are supposed to be musicians. Their bias is REALLY showing on that song.
