As Jerry Seinfeld once wisely noted, there is much to be desired, by having a buffer zone between grown children and their parents...for me, my parents were a few states away, which limited their visiting time...

For me and the hubby, our buffer zone from Andy is only 70miles...which is ideal....not close enough so that we are constantly bugging one another, yet close enough to have several visits a year...which to me, is ideal...

My buffer zone is more like 7 miles .. LOL

They are really nice folks, but the truth is, they don't want to see me .. they want to spend time with the grandkids, which is fine by me ... I keep telling them they can have the girls anytime they want .. they can take them for the whole weekend .. oh heck .. they can have them for the week .. LOL

OK .. the lights just dimmed a few times .. I wonder if a storm is rolling in

The weather dude is calling for even more rain till at least Friday ... boo hoo
