A suspect was shot and another suspect arrested.... suspected of WHAT? Walking into a business and looking for someone? That's not a crime. I hate poorly written news reports.

Two guys walk into a business, enter a breakroom, one gets shot in the back of the head, the other is arrested.
I'd say that whatever they were trying to do was unsuccessful.
