Not sure about this one, but those with high IQ's know there is something wrong in their heads, and actively hide it.

I'm no expert, but hiding it doesn't help. I would think a person is far better off reconizing what is wrong, confronting it and working from there to help get through the bad times.

As for what meds work and don't work, imo if a person is in tune with what's going on with their mind and body, they maybe they can help the doctors prescribe what works .. but the hard put is finding a doctor that actually listens to you

If all that fails .. one can just ask Swervie .. he knows all about chemicals .. *L*

I know there is something wrong.
(Exacty: Bipolar.)
I have to face it everytime I deal with my eyes being open.
*chuckle*
Unfortunately, the IQ helps me 'operate normally' without 'detection'.
That feels false to me.
But I guess it's one of those unavoidable things.
The docs in my area are more nuts than I am, unfortunately.
That, and they have some 'agreements' to 'push' certain meds.
So my level of trust with docs is as low as it can be.

I have art talent on both sides of the family.
One being my grandmother who is nuts.
Grandma did those illustrations for newspaper ads back when those were done by hand.
Guess I'm screwed all around! *chuckle*
