Chicken fried for breakfast with biscuits and cream gravy.

Stuffed with a veal forcemeat, rolled in fresh herbs, wrapped in caul fat and broiled.

Boned, stuffed with Fois Gras, baked en croute, chilled and filled with port wine aspic.
