Dude, just look at the box labeled "tag line" under the "Your reply" box when you post. Write your text in there. You don't need HTML.

Try to reply to me and you will see a separate space right below the "Your Reply" area, reading "Tag line" for you to fill in as you wish.

Hit "post reply." Underneath the box that you type your message in is a smaller box that says "Tag line (optional, printed after your name on post)." Just type the tag line in! The same tag line will remain on all your posts until you take it out or change it.

I have to admit I first wondered that too. But reply to me, or anyone else, and you'll see at the bottom of the "your reply" box, another little box marked "Tag line (optional, printed after your name on post". I just typed in "You hoo!". Strive to be creative in your tags, unlike me. :)
