I am a relative novice with that, but there has to be someone on this forum with the puter knowledge to help you out.

I have Ad Aware as well, and that did the trick, but XUPITER really ruined my favorites and messed so much of all my bookmarked sites. I always wanted to take them to court and put them out of business.

SPYBOT!!!

I found that site, and downloaded it, and this is the third time I used a NEW software today, and SPYBOT found the i-look files and the LAST XUPITER file that was in my registry!

I still have a dll in my windows32 dir, ineb.dll, and it says that is an I-LOOK spy file, I cannot delete it yet, I am making an MP3, and I wont reboot for a few minutes, but...

SPYBOT is the way to go!!!

Try running Spybot Search and Destroy instead. It has regular updates that you can download from the program and is a bit more flexible than Ad Aware. You can find it on download.com or tucows.com I think. Spybot also sniffs out cookies that invite spyware in.

You might also run Norton Anti-Virus. Install ZoneAlarm to see if you have something unwanted talking to it's master without your knowlege.

I still get the darned pop-ups, but I get rid of them about every hour by using my right-click button on the mouse. I usually get them when I go to Google.

after I ran the spybot search and destroy, it cleaned out all that stuff!

I had to re-enter my home page again, but it stays this time!

You are attracting them with your brain waves.

Double the thickness of your tinfoil derby, or change brands.
