AOL/ISP -- TOTAL COMPUTER VANITY
Me, myself & I | 5-5-03 | ConservativeStLouisGuy

Posted on 05/05/2003 2:07:29 PM PDT by ConservativeStLouisGuy

I am having MAJOR problems....for starters, I am accustomed to usign Netzero ISP (used it when I lived in St. Louis, MO), but now that I am in Toronto, CA my fiancee has AOL....I have no problem dialing into AOL up here ("AOL Canada"), but when I open Internet Explorer (in another window) I am not able to pull up my Hotmail account and my www.50megs.com (free) website where I regularly post articles (to friends and family) that I find on Free Republic (I have converted a LOT of people to Free Republic this way!). It has been my experience that the regulars who post here in Free Republic are more knowledgeable than the rest of the population at-large, and so it is that I post my dilemma to my fellow FReepers. I'd be glad to elaborate more on the EXACT nature of the computer problem I am experiencing -- feel free to post a reply or mail me via private mail.

Until then, I remain,

"Frustrated in Toronto",

Let me prepare you for a blunt, nonproductive response that you're bound to get on a thread like this:

"AOL sucks."

There. You're immunized. <|:)~
