I just saw actor Stephen Baldwin on Fox magazine (repeat coming at 2am EST) at a Christian event featuring evangelist Luis Palau and singer Jaci Velasquez.
He was wearing a fish-logo Jesus hat and talking about the importance of events like this to reach young people for Christ!
This is Alec Baldwin's brother. Anyone hear the current weather report from Hell?

Why the surprise? Siblings are often very different:
George Stephanopoulos's sister is an Orthodox nun, and writes him letters objecting to his stance on moral issues (notably abortion).

Nope. Not a bit. I drink the water in Guatemala and never cry at weddings.

"consider this
Democrats... against death penalty, for abortion
Republicans... for death penalty, against abortion
In the eyes of someone against all killing, Ds and Rs only disagree on when killing is okay. "
__________________________________________
If you're implying that the 2 positions are morally equal, consider this:
Pro-capital punishment, pro-life people are for killing the guilty and protecting the innocent.
Anti-capital punishment, pro-abortion people are for saving the guilty and killing the innocent.
So you're right, they disagree on when killing is okay.
By the way I changed that from Dems and Repubs because these issues cross party lines.

I heard Stephen Baldwin talking about this on Howard Stern but by the end of the show he sounded like he was relapsing. He was very angry about something but I don't remember what just now.

I didn't say I agreed with that statement. I asked you to consider it.Well, no offense, but you should grow a pair and take a position.
Since you are claiming that pro-abortion democrats have demons dancing in their head, what would you say to someone who thinks you have demons dancing in your head if you support the death penalty?
I would laugh at them, just like I'm laughing at you taking umbrage to what was a metaphorical statement.
Attacking someone who questions your premise does no one any good and it makes you no better than the people on the left.
Bite me. :-}

I would say unborn babies have not harmed anyone arsewipe.
If you can equivocate the morality between the execution of murderers or serious traitors with infanticide as equally morally wrong or inconsistent then you my dear fellow freeper are warped.

Somehow, if your politics include standing for the wholesale slaughter of babies in the womb, I think God cares.

I thought the Baldwins were nominally Catholics. Or were brought up to be nominal Catholics, anyway. Wonder if he was already baptized as a baby, and was unaware that baptism cannot be repeated.
To: wheathead
Would you care to defend the position that unborn babies and murderers are morally equivalent or are you too busy working on the capitalization thing?

I do not feel the two are morally equivalent, but those on the far left try to make them so using that very argument.
