they hired ONE nude model to sit in each of the three posses. Three posses, three pictures, same naked woman.

The three individual posses were combined into one picture so it looks like three seperate naked women possing. It is in fact the same naked woman's body. Now you have one picture.

The now "tripplet" nudes' heads are removed and substituted with the individual dixie chix.

A little airbrushing and wala, there you have it. look at the hands they tell the tale.
