I am sorry about your BPressure probs. I do know that exercise helps but I think if you think of it as exercise, it wont take long to find its way out of your life.
I do a lot of things that people consider "exercise". I don't consider that I EVER exercise. I have fun doing lots of things.. one of the "side benefits" is that it is exercise.
What I am getting at is to find some physical thing (s) that you like to do & do lots of it.
Biking,
swimming,
rigorous gardening (those of us who do this, know what I mean).... I use a non self propelled push lawn mower to do over an acre of grass )
SEX (; (need to probably be pretty creative to get this to be a super physical sub -)
Hiking,
Jazzercise or any other type of dance.. swing, contra etc
....there is probably something you enjoyed doing as a child that you might enjoy again. Badminton?
I speak a bit here as a therapist(phyche type) who was a PE undergrad. I would NOT work with a client/patient unless they had some form of physical exertion daily. I feel that it is a good way to get the body physically in line, but also gives one some clarity of thought & it is a way of oxygenation that I feel is impt for physical & mental health.
Depending on your age, lifestyle, I know it is difficult to often overcome inertia..... tv and computers have done much to help us have a very comfy couch potato life, hasn't it?
Good luck friends..
oh, as a post script.. give up the cigs before the martinis !
