I come from Utah where it is a dry dry dry climate. Humidity just kills me.

My next thought was to ask about the altitude in Utah. LOL! It's not like I'm into the effects of the environment on cooking or anything.

I hate humidity too. Unfortunately we get our share but only in the summer, and it's only a pain when it gets over 80 or so.
