Dog, I am so sorry about your back. I have had chronic back problems my whole life. Limits me activity wise somewhat. The biking & stretching over the handle bars is the best thing for me. Some times are worse than others, esp if I have been on my feet long periods of time & do heavy work (which I do a lot of as sole person in large, heavily landscaped yard)

My chiropractor is my godsend. I am terrible about doing the exercises that would help me. My fault - cant blame anyone else.

Pres is to be here tomorrow. still haven't found any details. Paper is still in box. cold, damp day.. just haven't gone out to get paper yet.

I posted in Op Situation room concerns re: young GIs with money stolen from Large cache.. so sad. situation ethics at its most painful. Somehow I wish that there could have been some distribution to all of the GI’s there.. Sure, it is against any rules and man , if you wanted to get an upcry from the right.. Just try that one.
