Some black guy was shot this afternoon. Walked out of a check cashing business with 5,000 dollars (whats up with that?).. He was shot in the chest AFTER he gave them the money. 4 black men in custody.

That isn't uncommon for a business .. they normally take the money to a drop off box at the bank at the end of a business day.

But if you live in a bad neighborhood, most times they will have a body guard or a buddy cover your back because they are prime targets to hit
