Toby, it was just a different time back then.....
...it seemed innocent & wholesome and folks watched out for each other.
The stores were clean & well maintained, and shopkeepers really took pride in their stock and stores.
We can be thankful that we knew such a time.....

Kresses was next door to the 'picture show' and we would go in a get a big bag of popcorn and sneak it in the show (like the usher didn't know), cheaper there. Picture show, remember? the lady that sold the tickets knew exactly how old we were and I think I was 14 before I started paying more for my ticket.
