Need help on Bush vs Gore lower court judge who ruled in Bush's favor
Posted on 04/11/2003 1:22:06 PM PDT by Coachm
Can anyone help me with the name of the lower court judge in Florida who ruled in Bush's behalf in the 2000 election? I believe he was an older country type who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a Democrat if I recall. Thanks!

I seem to recall that all lower court judges ruled for Bush, forcing Gore to go to the corrupt Florida Supreme Court for temporary relief. I believe Gore found support only in the FSC.
