Whatever. As I write this, I'm looking at the liner notes of Zeppelin 1, and they gave full credit to Willie Dixon for "You Shook Me" and "I Can't Quit You Babe". Dixon also gets credit for "Whole Lotta Love" on 2. I don't know which album it was on, but I know Zep gave Robert Johnson credit for "Travelin' Riverside Blues".

Are you looking at CD's or the original LP's? I bet the original LP's do not give credit, hence, the lawsuit. The CD most likely gives credit to Dixon, et. al. b/c of the lawsuit.

I don't think Travelin'Riverside Blues was released before Bonzo died, but came out with the Box Set.

Regarding rap, much of it is crap, but I do like the Beasties first "rap" album (their first album was punk) some Run D.M.C., early N.W.A., select songs from Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dog.

But before you pigeonhole me, my favorite group is Pink Floyd followed by Zeppelin and the bloody Who. I also like country music. And I can't stand Oasis.

So my taste in music is eclectic. What can I say?

No reason to get defensive, dude. My tastes are pretty eclectic, too. I like rock and roll, and uh, well...rock and roll, and...did I mention rock and roll? Just kidding. I also like classical and blues, and the older I get, the more I find country palatable. I can't stand the twangy, corn-pone, tears in my beer stuff, though. I really like Junior Brown.

You may have a point about the credits. I have mostly CDs, but just looked at my vinyl copy of 2, and there's no credit given to Willie Dixon. Your point, bro.

Floyd, The Who, The Stones, Jimi, etc...I, too, count them among my all-time favorites, but we part ways when it comes to (c)rap. I've always thought that (c)rap was created to give those who couldn't sing their way out of a paper bag a chance to make a record. Just my humble opinion, though.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
